  25. I contacted FLD about my problems. They ignored me, completely and
  26. totally. Due to this I have no reg number, as this was only with the
  27. demo copy obtained from their own web site. I mentioned in the mail I
  28. sent them that although I'd had problems with AFS I was still
  29. considering purchasing it, assuming they could provide me with a demo
  30. copy that would perform satisfactorily.

  32. I have friends who bought AFS, who've also complained to FLD
  33. about problems (extremely serious in one case) which FLD have swept
  34. under the carpet. They are one of the seemingly most incompetant
  35. suppliers I have seen, and thus I would not consider purcahsing this
  36. or any other product from them.

  38. I appreciate that you have no problems with it and seem happy, but
  39. throwing veiled accusations at people of using pirate copies (which I
  40. assume is what you mean by asking the reg no) is not fair.
